Refund Policy

QQI Assignments Help is committed to delivering high-quality assignments on time. However, there might come a time when the service fails to meet timelines or the required quality criteria. In that scenario, we issue a refund. This policy governs the rules regarding refund issuance. All clients are requested to review this policy thoroughly before commencing with the service. Any commitment to the service will be considered as the agreement from the client for this policy.

Eligibility for the refund

We issue the refund only if:

  • The service fails to meet the provided timeline for the order
  • The order contains plagiarism beyond the acceptable limits, and the project can’t be accepted
  • The service fails to prepare the document based on the original instructions provided by the client, and revisions can’t rectify this error.
  • The client has paid more than the quoted amount, or a double payment.
  • The client fails in the assignment.
  • The order gets cancelled by the client (only if the writer has not been assigned and work has not been commenced).

All these situations will only be considered valid for a refund if the client has not used the order or assignment. If the assignment has been used or submitted, no refund will be processed regardless of the error or issue.

Refund will not be issued if:

The order/assignment contains grammatical inaccuracies, punctuation issues, or errors that can be rectified through our free revision policy.

  • The order delays are caused by the last minute changes or additions by the client.
  • The major changes or additions from the client’s end after the order has already begun preparing.
  • The client does not get the desired scores or grades.
  • The client cancels the order, but the writer has already begun working on it.
  • The issues or any mishaps have been handled through revisions.

The assignment draft was presented to the client for feedback before the final delivery, and they were satisfied with it. However, after delivery, they find it to be subpar. In that case, the service is not responsible for the refund.

Refund %

There are instances where professors may accept late assignment submissions with a certain percentage deduction in marks. In that case, the service is not liable to pay the full refund. Our team will look into the matter, and only a certain % of the amount will be refunded. However, the client is required to submit proof of an F grade or a marks deduction for the refund eligibility.

Refund condition

All refunds will only be processed if the client provides sufficient evidence as required by the service. Any lack in this regard will lead to a refund cancellation. In addition, any lack of coordination or response from the client’s end after the refund claim will also lead to the cancellation of the refund request. Refund queries are responded to within 12 hours or less.

Refund duration

All refunds may take 48 hours or more after approval to be processed. Hence, clients are requested to be patient.

Refund request timeline

All refund requests must reach the service within a maximum of 30 days post-delivery date. For theses and dissertations, the timeline is 60 days. No refund request will be considered beyond that timeline.
