Revision Policy

However, in case the service fails to meet the required instructions properly or the order contains errors, we offer free revisions. This policy outlines how we respond to revision requests and what requests are considered valid. All clients are requested to go through these policies before order registration. Any service commitment will be considered as the agreement from the client’s side for this policy.

Revisions are offered if:

  • The part of the assignment requires further enhancement
  • The service does not meet the original instructions and brief guidelines accurately
  • The formatting specifics are not fully met
Revisions will not be offered if:
  • The client provides additional instructions for the order once it has been delivered
  • The client has changed or added to the original instructions. The added ones were not part of the initial details
  • The revision request is submitted after the provided timeline
Revision request approval

All revision requests are first evaluated by our quality assurance committee. Only those requests are catered to that are approved by the committee.

Revision request submission

All revision requests must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days post delivery date for assignments. In case of theses or dissertations, this timeline extends to 60 days.

Revision turnaround

We handle all revision requests on a priority basis. Once the committee approves the request, you will get your revised document within 24 to 48 hours.

Client collaboration

All revision requests are catered to with active collaboration from the client. In case the client fails to respond on time, the service reserves the right to stop the process at any stage. The service won’t be responsible for any delays in that regard.
